Summary of the Study
You are invited to participate in the Trustworthy AI Maturity Model (TAIMM) study conducted by the University of Galway through the ADAPT Centre. The study investigates how organisations operationalise Trustworthy AI principles and EU AI Act requirements. Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time without giving a reason.
What Participation Involves
Participation includes completing this registration form, reviewing the Plain Language Statement and Consent Form, and—once approved—using the TAIMM questionnaires to describe the governance practices for a specific AI system.
Data Protection and Confidentiality
Contact details (name, organisation, email) are collected solely to manage study access and will not be shared outside the research team. Questionnaire data is stored securely, encrypted, and anonymised before analysis.
Potential Risks and Benefits
There are no foreseeable risks beyond those of using standard web-based tools. Although there are no direct personal benefits, your participation supports academic research on trustworthy AI governance.
